I typed out a long review, but then my computer did an automatic shut down for updates and I lost everything I typed. I commute 90 miles a day 5-7 days a week, plus misc driving and vacation. These tires do not wear well. The first set of factory FR710's were replaced by the dealership at 35,000 miles due to excessive road noise and vibrations. Fast forward 50,000 miles on the replacement FR710's and they are doing the exact same thing. Alignment has been checked and is fine, rotations have been roughly every 7,500 miles.
After you get about 30,000 miles on these tires they will develope vibrations that balancing will not fix, and two out of the eight FR710's I've been through have started to make a loud banging noise every revolution. It sounds like one of the tires has a very bad flat spot on it. As I stated both the replacement and original set of tires had this happen with one out of the four tires on the car.
Snow/Ice traction is okay when they tire is new, but after 15-30k miles the traction in winter conditions is poor. Nearing the 7,500 limit before roatations, you may notice that the front tires don't grip well during turns at moderate speeds(on/off ramps). If feels as if the car has bad under-steer until you rotate the back tires to the front.
